Do not go to this place. I've needed glasses for several years so dealing insurance and coverage is not strange to me. My review has nothing to do with customer service, most of the employees are courteous. Perhaps the training needs to be more consistent to include their billing department.
My wife had to wait approximately 3-4weeks for her glasses. My frames weren't fitted properly, I just wanted to be done with this place. I received a bill months afterwards because they said that I was undercharged and they don't bill a secondary insurance. Why I wasn't told about that when I placed the order and gave all my insurance info, nobody could answer that. In my opinion, this place is disorganized, which is frustrating from a customers point of view. First and last visit
