Been to Hash House several times before at other locations and have thoroughly enjoyed it each time. Today, not so much. We went to the Hash House at the Linq. It felt like they were trying to accommodate too many customers with too little staff. After being seated it took 5 minutes to have our waitress acknowledge us. After finally coming over she was very friendly and nice but seemed to be stretched thin. I ordered the chicken and waffles, my favorite here. The waffles and chicken were cooked well but were not served with Hash House's amazing reduction. Instead it was just served with a bland syrup. The flavor was way off and didn't put that awesome finishing touch on the dish. Again, just seemed like they had too much going on to get the details right.
