I had a good experience here! I came to get one specific item, an external DVD writer, and I had a few features I wanted it to have. I didn't have to wait long before someone asked if I needed help. I told him what I needed and he immediately led me to the item that best fit my needs. It was at a lower price than I expected too! I had to wait a while in line, as the checkout was moving pretty slowly, but that's my only complaint. Very pleased with my experience.
