This was a extremely disappointing experience. I submitted the online form for a 1.5 hour massage. It took them almost 24 hours to call me back. I then booked my 1.5 hour massage. Upon arrival, they told me my therapist was running late, and I waited 10 minutes. "Don't worry," the receptionists said (there were five of them, for some reason). "You will get your full time." I then went into the massage, which was very good, but it ended 40 minutes shy of the 1.5 hours. It turned out that the receptionists had not communicated to the therapist that I had booked a 1.5 hour massage. And the therapist did not even initially give me a full hour, because it turns out the receptionists had not told him I had arrived (the therapist kindly gave me a few extra minutes after that). Overall, this location is massively disorganized, even though they have tons of people manning the front desk. It is a very poorly run operation, which is certainly unfair to the customers and hard working therapists. I would not recommend this location until they get their act together.
