Ironically enough after eating at their location on Buffalo just yesterday, a friend asked me out to breakfast today at Babystacks at the Stephanie location. Just as much as I regretted eating there yesterday at the Buffalo location, I regretted coming to this one even more ((if that's even possible)). Upon walking in, the decor in the restaurant is very tacky. It looks like someone went into the cheesy home section at multiple Walmart and picked out sets of decorations (signs with tacky quotes like "peace, love happiness" and a clock with rainbow mustaches on it on the opposing wall... just to paint the picture..), none of which matching each other. The service was some of the worst I've ever had. The server with a giant red hairspray Afro came to our table maybe once the entire time. I specially asked for syrup and butter for my pancakes when I ordered them because I learned my lesson from yesterday In the fact that they don't bring you anything you need to dine. When my order came out, surprise! No butter and no syrup FOR MY PANCAKES. They're pancakes!! How can you forget that? Our server was no where to be found, shock! So after waiting 5+ minutes I had to go up to the bar area and ask someone to bring some out and by that time my pancakes were so cold that the butter wouldn't spread, *sigh*. The awful service was then followed by awful food! In my first review of the buffalo location, the tasty pancakes saved them from being a total waste of time but this time, my red velvet pancakes tasted super dry and the chocolate powder they used seemed like they got to the bottom of the barrel and sprinkled the left over crumbs on my pancakes. The sausage tasted awful, like someone literally made me microwaveable sausage. Overall the terrible flow of the restaurant, awful waiter, and terrible food was enough to make sure I NEVER come back regardless of what location it is. Safe yourself the time and go literally anywhere else.
