I had the pleasure of communicating with Ms. Adams via email as a potential buyer of property that she had listed in the Coronado Historic District. Ms. Adams was very rude and unprofessional during this dealing. In a single email she mentioned how she had multiple offers on the house, but if she wanted she could use it as rental property. Why would you list the property multiple times, after having at least two offers back out after the inspection period, if you planned on using this as rental property? She proceeded to say that I was rude to her and that she didn't need to sell the property to someone who was rude. If you are thinking of purchasing from her, please reconsider, especially if its the cute little bungalow on 9th Street!
