By far one of the most difficult to deal with complexes I've ever lived in. The property manager has changed 3 times in the year I've been here (I was stunned to see all the positive staff reviews especially considering those members are almost all long since gone), there have been 4 instances of 'emergency water shut offs' in the time I've been here, I've never had a maintenance request responded to same day even when there was a leak in the apartment, the entrance gate closes at random times but there's no gate key so you have to walk to the front to allow people in, and I've only ever been able to get someone in the office on the phone twice (out of about 15-20 tries). I tried to give notice I would not be renewing my lease only to learn that they refuse to accept the notice even a day early. Everything here is geared toward the staffs convenience at the expense of those living here. I'll give you the property is nice and affordable but it's not worth the trouble. Update: They got a new property manager Dee Dee and she is the bomb. Obviously I was not a fan at all of this property but she really made a huge difference with me. She fixed the issue with giving notice, helped me schedule and arrange everything to get the most of my deposit back, and has never taken longer than an hour to reply to my emails. Due to her being amazing and the fact that I did think the rent was reasonable and the apartments were nice, I'm changing my star review. Hopefully the management company reads this and keeps Dee Dee there or at least continue to hire more people like her.
