I am guilty of avoiding this store because it LOOKED expensive. It was getting a bit cold so I thought I would try buying my puppy's food from K9 since I live close by. I visited their website and used the live chat option to ask if they had the brand of puppy food. They told me that they would check and get back to me that day. I received a phone call a few hours later and voila, it was CHEAPER than global pets by a few bucks and it was so convenient. Even their apparel is reasonably priced - I will definitely visit this shop over the franchise stores that aren't much cheaper.
During my past visits, the employees were very friendly and young animal loving people. Overall I would visit this store again and not worry about getting ripped off.
