Couldn't get through to make an appointment. Called yesterday and was (politely) put on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up. Same story today. If Durango Animal Hospital treats pets as poorly as they treat owners...I am glad I never got to make an appointment. Other reviews mention 15 minute hold times but I was not that lucky.
