The staff is polite and kind, but honest not so much. My AC started alternating between blowing hot air and cold air so I bought a recharge for it and when I put the gauge on it was reading in the green. So I decided to take to the closest shop (granted I shouldn't have taken it to a tire place for AC but I also needed my tires serviced) that did AC checks which was this location. I told them what was going on and they took it back. I explained clearly that only sometimes it would blow hot air. They came back with a lot of lingo that was basically telling me it needed to be recharged even though I explained that it was reading in the green. He said there was moisture buildup and told me that if I allowed them to service it they would take care of my two tires that needed the valve stems replaced for free (discount tire does this free anyway and they knew I had an appt there). 10 mins after leaving my AC was doing the same thing. Turns out I needed coolant. So, I paid $130 for a service that I did not need on my AC but was told that I needed. So like I said, not really honest. The AC does blow cold, but it was doing that before I brought it in.
