Coming from the LA and OC area I was skeptical about how good some of the food in C-U would be in comparison. I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the food and drink here.
Service was extremely good and attentive. Our server recommended the salmon and potatoes and my god that was a great recommendation. Central Illinois isn't where you expect to find good seafood but the dish was cooked to perfection. Grilled salmon, roasted vegetables, and fingerling potatoes all tied together in a wonderfully light mustard dressing.
I also had the Cranberry Criek Sour and Synchopathic Apricot Sour which were both extremely good. One thing I appreciated was that beer was priced the same per ounce regardless of size, meaning you can taste more of their selection without paying more.
Will definitely be back sometime in the future.
