This place has quite the hype in Old Town Scottsdale, however I have begun to wonder why. Consistently I have received poor service the multiple times I have been, though the food is not terrible, it is certainly not a place to go have a meal with a staff that does not really hear and pay attention to what a customer is saying. We received the bill on this last visit, there was an item that was not ours, which I suspect is when the waitress goofed on the computer because when my breakfast arrived it was wrong, followed by taking 10 minutes to produce the right one. Then we asked her to fix it, my friend had put down her card, before noticing the goof, however we were going to separate the bill with our items; the waitress assumed she was paying and charged the whole bill to her card (she did not bother to clarify how we wanted to pay). Then we let her know we wanted to separate our items (I had even pen marked which items were mine on the itemized receipt). She then comes back with the bill just split in half, at this point we were already frustrated that our waitress refused to listen to us and simply kept making assumptions. I will not come here again (this is not the first time our service has been less than sublime), the food is not worth feeling as though the staff is not paying attention to their customers. P.s., consistently when choosing a table outside, I have noticed they are slow to start the table off with even drinks at the least, thus keeping you waiting.
