Mike and the crew at Wilhelm Peoria are the best! WE've never been very loyal to an auto repair shop before - we were coupon/price driven. That changed when we found Mike at the Wilhelm Surprise location. He has always taken such good care of us and our vehicles. We value his expertise so much that we followed him to the new Happy Valley store when he relocated there, even though it's another 15 minutes from us. The front office personnel at Wilhelm Peoria also provides excellent customer service. They are kind, courteous, professional and very accommodating. We wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
