If I were to compare to most other sushi spots in Vegas, I'd say this place would be a 4.5 star. However, I'm going to be that guy and compare it to sushi places I'm used to in LA, where the fish selection and freshness are far far better. Ridiculously hard to get in, the trick is to show up right when they open and sit at the bar. If I was just eating the sushi I'd give this place 2 stars but their cooked items are far better. I tend to come here whenever I stay at the Wynn because I'm lazy and I don't want to hail a cab to go out to dinner.
