Most classless business to deal with. All you will hear is excuses for issues. Fiancé spent a lot of money for a dress with terrible customer service. "Contract was mis-written" and just so happens that the person who wrote the contract was "let go". Read other reviews and you will find the same excuse. Remaining payment due was incorrect yet our contract stated something different. So what's the point of having a contract/receipt? We offered to meet in the middle for the difference when Laura proceeded to say "you know what I'll pay for the difference but I'll box up your dress to come get". Meaning no alterations can be done with them. Fiancé goes to pick up dress and apparently Laura/business can lose their license if she pays the incorrect difference excuse number 2! Didn't know you could lose your license for something called good customer service. All you will get with this place is the run around. I will be reaching out to all of my friends and recommending them else where. If you are looking for a business to jack up the price unexpectedly and give you excuses then you've found the right place! If you still decide to give this terrible business your money read that fine print and make sure to keep your contract because you will be blindsided. Actually, I would recommend recording any conversations for records because contracts/receipts obviously don't do justice. No need to reply Laura don't need to hear another excuse.
