I have lived in the area and have been watching these apartments closely due to their location right on the 51. We finally got a chance to tour the apartments and fell in love. We (my partner and I) already had an apartment on hold at Elevation on Central on the fourth floor. By moving to the uptown area we were compromising with what we ideally wanted in an apartment. After seeing Peak.. we immediately applied! With Peak there is no compromise! We get to stay in this area, I get to keep my gas stove, we get to still live on the forth floor, we are getting more sq footage, and get a decent view - my commute also gets to stay the same!
We move in during phase 2 of the construction, but I am starting my review as it will evolve over the course of our stay, but I cannot tell you how awesome Austin and Emily are in the office! They went above and beyond in helping us find the right apartment and even ventured into the apartment we were interested in to take photo of the view! Thanks Guys! Can't wait to move in and be apart of the Peak Family!
