My girlfriend needed to exchange her cable box with a standard version, since hers had been discontinued. We first went to the Rogers Ajax location, but they did not have the box in stock. So we had to drive to this gross area of town instead. The term utterly incompetent is the best way to describe the staff at this Port Union location. After waiting in a very long lineup, a trainee took us aside to a table, to make the exchange. He spent twenty minutes on the phone with Rogers support and got nowhere. None of this should have even been necessary since the exchange had been arranged previously on the phone. He kept getting an error he said, and continuously apologized for the delay. Don't apologize, just make the exchange! He took us up to the desk where we waited another 15 minutes while the staff lady there tried to help us. She too, kept getting an error. We never really knew what this error was. Eventually she got everything sorted and we left. Totally rude and useless staff, avoid this location (and Rogers altogether) if you can help it.
