Vision is a terrible property management company, second neighborhood I've lived in managed by them, the first went straight downhill right after they took over, my entire family (3 homes) all moved out because the neighborhood ran down so quickly... now I'm in another, my wife and I purchased this past February and actually considering moving because of how the neighborhood is managed, Jocelyn is useless, very rarely returns calls, our neighborhood is over run with weeds in about 30% of the yards... it looks horrendous, we have beltway sprinklers that have been broken for we'll over a month and flood the street every single day, I have neighbors with dogs that bark constantly and they do NOTHING about it... I pay my HOA dues every month and get little in return, I am told to call the police about the dogs, the police say my HOA is supposed to enforce this... they do NOT and I feel there is nothing I can do, I am going to see this to the end if needed in every way I can
