BE warned! No care if damage happens. A stranger drives your car around the hidden area, cleans the INSIDE of your car - damage! My car interior was cleaned on the "far" lane-as you wait in sitting area... Tipped the guy (mistake) BUT when driving off-broken compartment door on dash (guy leaned on it or his rag tore it..) IMMEDIATELY called & drove bk-45 min. hassle with asst. mgr ! He finally wrote up damage report-made a copy.. & promised one will call. NO one called. He said call my insur co to fix this?! I called the corp. office who DONT answer phones but decide to call bk..he said call the location GM. GM had no info - or pretended not to. GM said drive over to get the free washes-per corp promise. Scammy jerk. He blamed me for being angry that "my car was damaged" ! He said "cameras are all over" (gee...cameras cant see inside the car..) Corp. mailed me 3 wash cards. Used 1 at a diff. loc. Same carny/high pressure + damage to my roof antena-they apparently remove. Does AZ have lots of carny types that like drama?
