Outsourced employees don't understand American English well enough. Takes at least 5 days to get a tech to repair service & it still doesn't work! Technician tried to tell me that it's not working because of the heat outside. We've had Century Link for 3yrs, the heat hasn't caused a problem before 2 months ago.
The phone employees try everything they can to NOT send a tech for repairs. Very frustrated. Think we'll switch to Dish since Cox blocks local sports.
