If you decide to use this location, do NOT see Dr. Syers. Why? Because she will let you be admitted to the hospital after having 7, yes 7 seizures in less than 24 hours, and absolutely refuse to induce you!! I'm 39 weeks. The neurologist and hospitalist both agreed it was that safest thing for myself and my unborn son, yet, she's the one in charge!! And she wouldn't do it because my contractions weren't close enough together. So they kept me 2 days and sent me home. Look, I get it, babies should be 40 weeks when they are born. But there are mitigating circumstances that should change that. And at 39 weeks, it is perfectly safe for a baby to be born. Much safer than sending a mother with epilepsy home. My medication levels were great so no one can explain why this has suddenly started. If I weren't due in a week, I would change practices. Luckily, there are 2 amazing doctors in that office. And I swear, I will hold this kid in just to make sure she is NOT the one who delivers me!! See Dr. Falcone or Dr. Freeman. Because this doctor has NO clue what she's doing. And I will be contacting management regarding her ignorance.
