We had this company assigned to us by American Home Shield, the tech. came out spent 10minutes on my unit. I was then told that it was a blown capacitator, he had replaced it and problem was solved. WRONG!!!! He didn't even have the professionalism to come in the house and insure that cool air was coming through the vents. He handed me some paperwork and off he went. We went out for dinner returning home a few hours later only to find that it was still over 90 degrees in our home. I immediately called him and left him a voicemail. Didn't hear back. Called again several times in the morning finally contacting someone after my third attempt. I was then told by the tech. that at his next stop he would check his schedule and call me back. Wrong!!!! Finally, 6 hours later I called him back and was told that he probably wouldn't make it out until the following day. I definetely would not recommend this company. As a matter of fact I called AHS, specifically to complain and told them they we not making a very smart business decsion using a company like this, putting their reputation on the line!
