Matthew (a previous reviewer) said it best - do you ever go into a business where you automatically know you are going to have a bad experience. That's what happened to me. This is a very convenient Get Go to me. But I will never step foot in the store again. I had my bag of 2 gift cards thrown at me by the person who was supposed to be a manager. I purchased 2 gift cards ($25 each) to add to 2 gifts I had. I was smiling, said good morning. Then was told "Well someone needs an attitude adjustment". REALLY? It's 7a. What did i do to make you mad? I asked to speak to a manager - and the person who had waited on me had already stormed off (after throwing my stuff at me) - and I was told that he was it. If that is who is training people, and setting an example for employees - I pity get go. Regardless - I called the customer service number upon my return from break - to let them know of the terrible service. I was told the district manager (since the manager was the disrespectful person) would call me back. Well - I'm not holding my breath. This get go has definitely lost my business. Honestly - I don't know if I will go back to one if this is how they train their employees.
