By far the best BBQ brisket I have ever had. To begin, the staff welcoming us was super friendly then the waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered the pulled chicken sandwich, top sirloin. And brisket. Everything was fantastic except the sirloin...it had an amazing smoke flavor and was cooked to my preference however, the texture was very chewy. We told our waitress just so she knew however, she brought out her Manager Laura who was absolutely amazing. They brought out their kitchen manager Jack who gave us the grand tour in the kitchen. He showed us the smoker and explained the process of how everythijng was ran. When we arrived back to our table a brand new plate with an exact replica of my meal was sitting there. The new steak texture was amazing with the same great flavor. I'm positive it was just a bad cut and they went over and beyond to make sure we were pleased. It was a great experience and we can't wait to go back and taste everything. Thanks Bobby Q
