When we arrived we found that the woman who had booked my reservation over the phone had failed to book me for three nights, only booking me for one. She had also failed to put my Living Social discount codes into the system. It was cleared up and fixed quickly by the nice man at the front desk. Our room was very nice, we had a balcony with a sliding glass door as well. However we never went to use it until our last night, when we realized that the door was stuck! Oh well, being our last night at the hotel and all it really wasn't a problem.
The bathroom floors are HEATED. But there's no ventilation fan.
Location wise it's about a ten minute drive from downtown Toronto.
We went to the bar our last night which was very classy and the bartenders were very friendly.
Overall a very nice stay. I will probably stay downtown the next time I'm in Toronto but I am very pleased with our stay here.
