Simply exceptional. My bike was in terrible shape when I called, but Gordon did a wonderful job with it. The repairs and tuneup were more thorough (he even lubed my lock!) and less expensive than either of the other two local bike shops I've frequented in the past (which I won't name here, but suffice it to say they are fairly popular ones) and it took no time at all. Excellent service.
