No line, was there in early afternoon (although there were a few folks vaccing out their cars w/free vacuum). Attendants were very friendly, made me feel as if my business mattered to them. SUV came out looking shiny & clean. Will definitely be heading there again as it's the best I've found in the NE Ohio area.
