I came in yesterday to get my taxes done. I usually file on turbo tax, but I had some 1099's this year that complicated things a bit. Joan was fun, friendly, and extremely helpful. She provided me with all of the information I needed, plus some side tips on things to know and look out for in the future. All in all, I'm very pleased with my experience and I would definitely go back. I recommend Joan to anybody in need, and she's great with kids too. She keeps gummy bears in her drawer!
