Worse nightclub ever!! I purchased tickets to see David Guetta at XS encore in Las Vegas. Unfortunately, we had an absolutely terrible experience. We showed up early, around 10:30pm and were told by several staff members that the club was already at its maximum limit, so we then waited for 3 HOURS in a ticket line along with several hundred ticket holders. We became very frustrated, with several line members shouting "Let us in", but the security was very rude and did not let anyone in. We even waited in line and heard David Guetta start his set. It was extremely disappointing, with many members in line treatening to sue XS encore club or at least file a claim with BBB.
In the end, we did not get in, the line didn't move, so we left the venue after 3 hours. We never used our tickets. This was the worst experience that I've ever had with tickets and I will make sure to not frequent XS night club ever again.
