Another gem on the strip. Was in a mood for sushi and stopped by and was immediately seated. Tried quite a few things and one after another it kept getting better. Started with Hamachi and Halibut sashimi, followed by Salmon Serrano and Lobster Carpaccio. Then switched to rolls. Happa ( spicy tuna ) and Crispy Kalbi ( warm Kali need rolled and topped with cold coleslaw. Refreshing surprise. Every morsel was cooked ( served raw ) to perfection making me want more. The rolls were the highlight , very creative bursting with flavor and served to please the eye. They say you eat with your eyes first and this places captures your attention with every dish.
