The staff there are always nice.
Recently have taken in a couple of pieces of jewelry for repairs. Their handling and repair pricing is very good.
One of the pieces was a pearl bracelet that had broken and they had the repairs done. And when it was completed they always call and let know.
But, the pearl bracelet came apart after being restrung and so I brought it back in and their counter person was very nice and took it back for Mr. Osborn to inspect. I was willing to even pay a small amount again to get it fixed, but he said they would not charge anything at all and sent it back immediately for repairs.
They called even sooner than promised when it was ready.
This is where they earned my respect and business, it's super refreshing to have a company that treats their customers this we'll.
Thanks to the owner and the employees for giving me this kind of service where it's hard to find anymore.
