Bella Fiore Apartments is a Dangerous place to live. Poor Services. Terrible Customer Service. Maintenance. What Maintenance? 3 weeks & 9 request before my washer was fixed. Had to do laundry at the laundry mat. Thanks Carlos. No front gate, but they will tell you it is being fixed. (For 3 years). Dumpsters left out in streets for hours after being emptyed, trash all over parking lot. Dog waste left all over common areas, even the playground. Cars parked in parking lot with flat tires, out of state plates that never move. Unpainted parking spaces. Screens off windows laying on the ground for weeks. Pool so nasty you can see the dead skin floating all around the edge of the water all the way around the pool. The smell of Raw sewage from the car wash next door is a wonderful smell to wake up to. They raise your rent for appartment services, then they let the night security go. ?? I f you're stove breaks, you get a dirty one from a abandoned apartment, and they tell you this in the office and laugh about it. Professional they are not. Definitely not a place you want to raise your kids. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
