What can I say... once I stayed here it's going to be real hard to top any hotel customer service like this! Came to Vegas for work (which was a first) and I am always used to staying directly on the strip (ballys,flamingo,etc) so when I was told I was going to stay here I didn't know what to expect.
You walk in and they open your car door and main door and everyone greets you with the biggest smile and warmest welcome!
Finally got to my room and it was beautiful! So much space, great amenities and so clean! The view was beautiful also!
Staff is there for you quickly if you need anything and they have everything you need right there in the hotel! They not only clean your room in the morning but have turn down service as well! They fold your clothes and line up all your cosmetics and essentials.
The front desk worked so hard to get us sold out show tickets and got us the last two!!
We ate at the restaurant three and the food they served with the conference and everything and I mean everything was delicious and fresh!
I truly enjoyed my stay and can't wait to go back!
