I went to Lunde's for an oil change and a panel underneath my car was not put back together properly and became damaged. They installed a new panel, free of charge, without batting an eye.
Weeks later, I made a huge mistake and thought the panel they installed had fallen off and wrote a nasty review. The service manager diffused the situation by reaching out to me and then took the time to show me exactly what was going on with my vehicle and to explain to me how it works and what its function is. They also fixed the unrelated a/c condensation drainage that had been clogged, at no charge.
The two amazing things here are:
1. This dealership stands by its work.
2. They don't make you feel stupid if you don't understand your own vehicle.
Harold the service rep is awesome and Keith, the service manager, exceeds expectations. Thank you for an excellent experience. It is really difficult to find a place to bring your vehicle for service that you can trust, but I think I just did.
