This is the 2nd time I have tried this place. We will not be trying a third. The first time I called to make apt, was told no just walk in. So we walk in and of course there's a long wait. Waited 45 minutes till we received cut. The cut was ok. There were some areas I had to re trim. Fast foward to today. At 3 pm I called. Again asked to make apt. Was told oh there's no one here you can just come in. We live literally 3 minutes away. I again said I can be there in 5 min, can we put our name down. Again told no need. So we come right over.vagain we lived 3 minutes away. Get there with 4 people ahead of us and only 1 person working. Waited 45 minutes to have a person come back for an apt and told we have to wait again. I understand it is a busy time. But I wanted to make an apt. Although it's so close to our house, we will not be coming back .
