I will never return to Maxi Boutique. Horrible client service. I bought a dress there and decided not to wear it to a special event so I then returned it. They gave me a credit note.
The next day, the manager called me to tell me she knew I had worn the dress so my credit note was useless. I did not wear the dress - she then called ma a liar. A friend went by to pick up the dress on my behalf since I refuse to go near the front door. I still have that same stupid dress sitting in my closet with all the same tags still on it. To this day I have never worn it.
Stay very clear of that dreadful place. Prettier dresses at Parade (and nicer staff) and various other places along the Danforth
