Purchased a sofa that was supposed to be delivered within 4-6 weeks. At 5 weeks out I called to check the status and was told it would not be completed until the full 6 weeks and delivered the following week, after being put on hold twice for over 5 and 15 minutes by the store manager Tony who never picked back up. So now almost 7 weeks after ordering I receive a call after sitting home for almost 6 hours that they will reschedule delivery because their drivers cannot find our home. I had provided directions which were used the week before by their company to deliver our kitchen set. I would not recommend ever buying from this company. Also my husband called the store and spoke to the store manager Tony afterwards who claimed he has no boss, no corporate number or contact and there is no resolution. Just waiting to see if they will follow through with delivery next week.
