To start off, I went in with excruciating neck and arm pain not knowing exactly what it was. I had to sit in the waiting room crying in pain for over 3 hours before being seen without an offer for a quiet place pacing back and forth in pain . To start off that way was uncaring and unacceptable.
Once in the ER room, trhe Drs and staff were amazing getting me the treatment I needed, MRI, and got me to a place where I could relax. ER front office staff got a big fat ZERO and the Drs and nurses amd mri people get huge 10! I know how ER rooms are, bUt that is no excuse for them to treat anyome like that. No one should be crying in pain for 3 hours in a waiting room. At least offer a cold pack or something.
