I returned my rental on last Thursday at about 3:30pm. It was a cloudy day so I wasn't wearing my Raybans and left them in the sunglass compartment by the rear view mirror. The next morning about 10:30am I realized I left them in the car and drove straight there. The car was parked in the same spot I left it and hadn't been rented to anyone else. My sunglasses were no longer there! The front desk guys looked in the lost and found and asked the cleaning crew, however, they were no where to be found. They said to check back in the afternoon. I did and no luck. I have asked for the manager of the store to contact me several times. It's been a week I haven't heard from anyone. Do they still have the "We try harder" slogan? The must have lost that one the same way they lost my sunglasses. I was happy with the three week rental, however, after this situation I won't be using Enterprise again. Buyer/Renter beware. If you leave anything of value in your rental car it will end up being a donation to them. It's sad that I even have to write this review.
