I had a horrible experience with this location. I walked in and told them that I needed brake pads, rotors, and tires. They had me sign a form agreeing to let them evaluate my vehicle, and I told him I knew what was wrong and had just told him.... they made me sit there waiting for nearly two hours. After two hours they sat me down and condescendingly told me exactly what I told them, my pads were destroyed, my rotors were damaged, and my tires were bald. They told me that It would cost me $2,300 and that there was no way around it, my car would not be safe if I didn't pay them.
Being pretty knowledgeable on the subject, I was ticked that they were as condescending as they were, and their prices are horrible.
I was then quoted $1,200 by Pep Boys for the same parts for the same vehicle.
Horrible prices.
