I just posted a side by side before and after photo of my carpet! Key Property claimed that it had to have "half the room deep pet decontamination and they had to pull up the carpet...". You MUST see this photo, there's NO DIFFERENCE!!!! What they didn't realize after they LIED to me and said the carpet had been done, is that there is a side window, that isn't covered, that I was able to take photos for an entire week! They are all time/date stamped! I caught these LIARS! Beware, DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! All of the other reviews are correct, they STEAL your deposit!
