I contacted Arcadia to get a second quote on shutters. Russell was easy to communicate with (email/text works best for me since I get tied up on the phones at work and this seemed to work just fine for him too).
He came out to the house, listened to what we wanted, measured, and gave me his opinion about why a different type of covering I had been considering might not be the best option for a particular window. The other guys were ready to sell me what I asked for (which is nice, I guess) but Russell wanted me to to have a product that looked great aesthetically, was functional, durable, and reasonably priced.
Turnaround time was shorter than promised, the installer was courteous and efficient, and my new shutters and honeycomb shade have totally changed the look of every room in the house.
We couldn't have had a better experience!!
