I think if you were sincere in your attempt to resolve any issues I may have, you would have checked your records and seen that I have already tried that route. I find your response to my review nothing more than an attempt to try and make me seem unreasonable. I would rather have people know the truth. How if they a contract with you guys, and your equipment fails, you charge them for shipping and parts and labor. Where's the checks and balances? Just install shoddy equipment, that way you make money on both ends!
