I purchased a groupon which was $35 bucks which included a mani pedi and 1 beverage (alcohol or nonalcoholic). When calling to schedule I had an issue but got it fixed and was able to get in within a few days of me calling to schedule the appointment. The location of this salon is kind of hard to find its in a odd location but so be it. When I got there I sat down and waited for the tech and once she grabbed me I picked my color and began the pedi. I did not want to say anything but I was wondering when the beverage was going to offered. At this point I just figured they were going to offer during my mani??? No that did not happen either. I was kind of bummed out because I do not get to be able to do stuff like this for myself often and I was excited to have an alcoholic beverage. I even planned on purchasing a couple more but since nothing was offered that did not happen. I asked how much it would cost to add gel nail polish and I was told $20 bucks on top of the $35 I already spent!! Holy moly! Also the stools for the mani are super uncomfortable. My chair ended up lowering and lowering as the mani went on. By the end my face was eye level to the counter. The inside of the salon was beautiful and the tech was nice but did not make conversation unlike the tech next to me made conversation with her customer which is always enjoyable. Another suggestion to the owner is UPSALE! Again offer what's actually being offered in your groupon and have your techs upsale! Nothing additional was offered. I had to ask. Just saying that not upselling is an easy way to loose easy money. Again it was not the worst experience but I will not drive all the way to this salon again nor will I recommend to friends or family.
