After sending a copy of my resume to be printed 30 minutes prior to arrival, I informed the associate behind the counter that I was there to pick up my resume. She looked at me as though I was stupid and told me that she couldn't print anything for an hour. I informed her that it was only a two page resume and I needed as soon as possible. She repeated that she couldn't do anything for and hour two which I requested to speak with her manager. When her manager came out he told me that she couldn't print anything because she was in the process of printing out holiday cards and that there is an hour turnaround. I look at him and stated "if there is a turnaround then why would your associate not tell me this so that would not of been a problem to begin with?" most people in customer service would recognize that their associate made a mistake by not trying to inform the customer. And the fact that I needed to pages printed out from a completely separate machine and the manager pretty much refused to even acknowledge the mistake that was made on his associates part is the reason why I will never, ever be a Staples customer ever again. Not to mention she was rolling her eyes from behind the counter. Really professional
