I will never come back to their fraudulent over charging service department. Be very aware of these sneaks. Why is it $40 to remove nail from a tired? They didn't even give me price. Just assumed I just had $40 extra dollars on top of the service I am already paying for. Scam ass dealership. I will be trading my car soon. I will not deal with thieves. Around 10 AM this morning I get a call from Wes telling me that I can lower my APR if I come in so they can do an appraisal on my current car. I told him OK I'll be there at 2pm. Once I walked in about seven minutes after 2pm, I was greeted by three different guys telling me different things on how to lower my APR and I told him well I'm waiting on Wes, they tell me he's at lunch. So Wes finally comes out of nowhere and greets me and my friend. None of these guys knows I am the owner of the car I was called about, each of the assumed it was my friends. I felted disrespect and discriminated against. He's a Latino that looks white and I am black. I was completely ignored. Until I said I am the owner. Everything seems to change. Now Wes turns it over to a guys that's been there three weeks name Jordan Cooley. He was very inexperienced, and only had a conversation with my friend. Jordan couldn't even look me in the face. As he asked for my information he made me feel like he didn't want to help me. I am upset because I've bought two cars from these place in the last 4 years. (Thanks Terry Mills) As Jordan waited on my credit report to come back, He tells my friends their working on it as if my friends is the one getting a new car. Jordan than gets my credit back before he can sit he says UNFORTUNATELY very loud everyone looks over at us you can get a new car but the payments will be higher. I just said no thank you and left. Although I could of easily put down huge payment and made the deal if I was treated a lot better. WARNING DONT DO BUSINESS HERE!
