I've found that pretty much All the employees at Home Depot are pretty friendly accommodating and always asking you if you need help. I recently purchased a $200 artificial Christmas tree after watching it for weeks for upcoming sales. Of course it went on sale from 11/28-11/30 for $79. I called and asked if they would honor a price adjustment. They said no. I was even willing to take the tree down and bring into store and return then buy for sale price bc $120 is a lot of money. They also told me no. I was frustrated and ended the phone call. Not a minute later the manager called me back, knew my name and said they would honor a price adjustment. This,to me, is excellent customer service and this Home Depot had scored extra points with me. It's always worth asking and expressing your feelings, but in a polite way of course
