The light bulb in my 9 month old microwave burned out. I went to replace it and as I opened the area the bulb just fell out and there was an electrical burning smell. I contacted Whirlpool and they set up an appointment with Dino's. I have had them come out to fix something else on this microwave and had an excellent experience with them.
The appointment was for today between 8-12. We received a call at 8 telling us he'd be at my home at 11:30 and he was. Rich came in fixed the problem within a half an hour. He was professional and friendly. I would recommend Dino's for appliance repairs in the future.
