My daughter has stayed with MGM numerous times and has always spoken highly of their outstanding service, in addition to the comps and perks she's received. The amiable StayWell Concierge, checked us in quickly and efficiently and gave us a room upgrade. The StayWell rooms have special additions, including aromatherapy, an air purifier, and a terrific special mattress; these rooms are smoke free. The early bird breakfast buffet, (We had a 2 for 1 comp, which basically cost us $10. each.) was huge, as expected, with many delicious choices. Their M Life rewards program is a plus and offers numerous advantages. Parking is free and, in fact, gives free access to the garages at other M Life properties (Aria, Bellagio, etc.). Loved the float down the Lazy River; the tube was $20., but you do get to keep it. We found the location on The Strip to be quite satisfactory. A nice choice of restaurants -- Fiamma and Morimoto were excellent. The staff at the hotel was generally friendly and helpful. I can find no negatives to our stay and would return to MGM in a NY minute!
