POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Went on Sunday to see Gabriel Iglesias live at the terry fator theater at 10pm I had my tickets in my apple wallet so I had access to them from my Apple Watch also. I go up to the usher who's in the first escalator, older African american lady. I show her my watch with the barcode and she gives me a face like I was a bother to her she just said " how am I suppose to see where you're sitting"? Keep in mind she said it with an attitude. When only to realize it says the seat numbers etc on it but to make it easier I just told her. Seems to me they're not up to date with technology here. Should know nowadays you can even have your tickets on your watch. And even if they don't know not to be rude about it. Not even a welcome or nothing. Other than that Gabriel was hilarious !
